8 Lesson plans that encourage 12-14-year-olds as they and/or their parents (primary caregivers) or teachers develop concerns about their continuing mental, emotional, physical, and social development,, the significant changes they experience in high school, the increased likelihood of exposure to new or confusing ideas, thoughts, activities, relationships & behaviour, and seek to address them truthfully, reasonably, encouragingly, and empathetically, to provide the knowledge that will help them to make informed healthy decisions, as they think about their short and long term, future.

  • Relationship Concerns (High school and its relational impact)

  • Relationship Concerns (The impact of crushes, infatuation, obsession, sexual awareness and attention)

  • Sex Concerns (The impact of underage sexual activity inc. law, ignorance, physical development)

  • Drug Concerns (The impact of alcohol, vaping, cigarettes, prescription & illegal drugs)

  • Bullying and Abuse Concerns (The impact of aggression, manipulation, threats, and exploitation)
