8 Lesson plans that encourage 14-16-year-olds as their concerns regarding self, peers, their place in the world, physical & emotional development, romantic interests & relationships, academic requirements, and their short & long-term future becomes more pronounced in them or pressured from others.

  • Academic Challenges (The impact of exams, competition, discouragement, and expectancy)

  • Relationship Challenges (The impact of knock backs, break ups, fall outs, and betrayal)

  • Relationship Challenges (The impact of manipulation, aggression, or inequality in friendships and romantic relationships)

  • Sexual Challenges (The impact of misinformation or ill-information on healthy sexual activity, experiences or relationships, including misjudged person, timing, expectancy)

  • Sexual Challenges (The impact of unplanned pregnancy, STI's, and Regret)

  • Cultural Challenges (The impact of 'no debate' and the misinformed or ill-informed misrepresentation, false accusation, or silencing of people with different beliefs and values)

  • Body Image Challenges (The impact of negative body image inc. Body Dysmorphia)
